​No other natural food has a higher proportion of trace elements and vitamins than meat. In order to achieve an adequate supply of all the necessary nutritional ingredients, beef must not be missing.


The cattle breeds established in Austria, such as the Simmental Fleckvieh and crosses of this breed with French meat breeds, guarantee excellent meat quality in addition to professional rearing by our farmers. 

As a beef specialist, we offer the complete range from beef quarters to all cuts and by-products. When it comes to cutting, we focus in particular on the individual needs of our customers. 


The type of meat most commonly consumed in Austria is pork.
